- Skill Set: L1 Support, SLAs, Ticketing Tools (preferably Service Now / Jira), knowledge on ITIL Process, Unix and SQL is good to have
- Job Type: Full Time
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience from previous customer support / Technical support role is necessary.
- Technical knowledge is required for this position.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Linux/Unix.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products.
- Understanding of databases and ability to create and use basic SQL to query the database.
- Decent knowledge & experience in programming and scripting is preferred.
- Ability to understand and use various in-house and commercial tools.
- Ability to work in close relationships with other departments within the team.
- Working in shifts is required.
