Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation The team leverages the Automation in Application Maintenance methodology to drive automation implementation in AM projects including implementation of automation for reducing ticket-based effort and non-ticket based effort, designing, assembling and implementing an automation solution involving a combination of AI, RPA, custom bots for automated ticket resolution, assisted ticket resolution, ticket analytics, automated monitoring, preventive monitoring, predictive monitoring, self-healing, and automated service management and reporting.What are we looking for at Accenture Careers?
