Job Description:
As an Engineering Graduate Trainee at QAD, you will work under close supervision, performing professional software engineering functions. Your responsibilities will include non-complex design and independent programming tasks. Additionally, you'll prepare technical documentation and conduct unit testing.
Note: This position offers complete remote work, with the initial two months involving on-site training at our Mumbai office. Only candidates residing in Mumbai will be considered eligible.
What You Will Do at QAD Careers:
- Analyze, design, and develop/maintain QAD applications.
- Create, implement, test, and merge solutions into application baselines.
- Translate high-level business analysis into physical code.
- Maintain defined quality standards and procedures.
- Create/update documentation.
- Write unit and system test plans/specifications and perform testing.
- Conduct self-code reviews to ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications.
Qualifications for QAD Careers:
- Education/Licenses: IT background (BE, B.Sc IT, M.Sc, BCA, MCA) or any other graduation with appropriate IT certification.
- Experience: 0-1 year.
- Good PC skills with working knowledge of QAD supported technologies, platforms, and languages (e.g., Progress, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Open Source technologies).
- Good spoken and written English skills.
